Challenge
Introduce digital investing to users who had never used an online investment platform before, while keeping the experience simple across different ages and levels of investment experience.
Solution
I designed a guided end-to-end flow that simplifies onboarding, explains each step clearly and reduces friction between account creation and the first investment.
Result
A launch-ready investment platform that acquired 100+ clients within its first 30 days and created a simple digital entry point into investing.
