Challenge
The existing platform struggled with performance, unclear structure, and poor mobile usability. Long load times, limited accessibility, and a web-only experience made it difficult for users to engage regularly, especially entrepreneurs working on the move. The challenge was to rebuild the platform with a clear structure, better performance, and a mobile-first mindset, while making content easier to access, understand, and return to on a daily basis.
Outcome
We rebuilt the platform with a focus on speed, clarity, and mobile-first usability. As part of the team, I worked on the UI/UX design to create a clear structure and intuitive navigation for everyday use. The redesign improved performance, reduced friction, and made content easily accessible across devices, leading to higher engagement and long-term retention.
