The CRM lacked intuitive structure and increased cognitive load instead of simplifying daily work. The challenge was to design a system that organizes complex data into meaningful views, supports real workflows, and feels simple and efficient to use every day.

From Zero to Usable a CRM Designed for Daily Work

We built the CRM from scratch with a strong focus on simplifying daily work and automating previously manual processes. As part of the team, I worked on the UI/UX design to make complex workflows clear, structured, and easy to use, even for non-technical users. The result is a CRM that feels intuitive and efficient, helping teams work faster, stay organized, and manage their tasks without unnecessary friction.
